We went in today for our 28-week checkup and everything is looking good. Becca took the “dreaded” Glucose Tolerance Test to make sure she doesn’t have gestational diabetes and it turns out her body is used to processing all that sugar and the results were normal! The sugary water drink wasn’t even that unbearable (something to do with her sweet tooth, probably). Iron levels were fine, too. We now begin our appointments every two weeks. We’re entering the home stretch and Baby J is doing a lot more moving around. We’re trying to figure out how she is situated, but aren’t sure yet. Next appointment is August 15.
